White sweet potatoes are an uncommon and delicious variety of sweet potatoes. They are an excellent source of vitamins and dietary fiber.

This variety is less sweet than other traditional sweet potatoes and as such can be roasted with mirin and honey. They can also be baked, fried and mashed with cream for a savoury side to many meals
